Monday, 8th 2017 @ 10:25 a.m. Teller Hannah, was snobby and rude. She needs to adjust her attitude, and not be rude. Have a loan through my bank that I refinanced. I'll not be disrespected as a loyal customer. She needs to be wrote up or fired. My time is very valuable. She ever disrespected me again, I will report her to Corp! Take care.
Screw this bank. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Got there at 11:50am waited in a line while other cars got in other lines after noon and was serviced but then the car in front of me finally gets to go. Tells them she needs three transactions done they say ok then they tell me they can't take me even though I was sitting there for 20 minutes, almost 30. Told me to use ATM which I couldn't because for some reason they blocked my ATM card. Told me have a nice day and come back Monday. I need money now not Monday. This isn't the first time they've screwed me over. Good customer service is not present there. I'll be going back Monday to close my account completely , tired of dealing with these knobs.
Drive thru service is always slow. Waited 30 mins
I have had a terrible experience a bank teller messed my transaction. The bank manager was extremely rude to me i have never been treated so unfairly. I have been member for a long time
