The pastor appears to have your best interests at heart, unfortunately the atmosphere can be a bit distracting. Otherwise, he's very emotional and tuned into the needs of his congregation, I'd rate his biblical knowledge intermediary, but he can be extremely honest and humble which would elevate him to an advanced pastor.
