HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS OFFICE WITH THIS DOCTOR AND HER FAT ASSISTANT. THE DOCTOR TOLD ME SHE WAS CALLING MY MEDS IN AFTER A 3 HOUR APPT AND I LEAVE TO GO TO THE PHARMACY THEY THEN TELL ME AHE DIDNT CALL MY MEDS IN. I GO BACK AND THEN THEY TELL ME THE DOCTOR WILL NOT FILL MY PAIN PRESCRIPTION FOR MY HERNIATED DISK EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS MY MEDICAL RECORDS THAT SHOW I NEED THEM. THEY REFUSE TO LET ME ASK HER WHY SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS THEN DIDNT. SHE COMES OUT THE BACK AND TRIES TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IM A JUNKIE. ALL WHILE HER FAT ASS OBESE ASSISTANT IS TRYING TO MAKE ME LEAVE AND LOCK THE DOOR BEHIND ME. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THE DOCTOR IS LIKE 80 YEARS OLD AND CENILE AND DOSNET REMEMBER WHAT SHE SAID OR WHATS IN YOUR RECORD AND TREAST YOU LIKE TRASH
She been a great doctor for me she got me to the doctors I needed to help me
I left this office literally in tears. My first impression of this clinic was decent despite bad reviews. I gave it a chance. The receptionist is an awesome person. She has outstanding customer service. Her name is Kelly. You can tell she cares about the patients that come in. The Doctor on the other hand is very rude and disrespectful. She also forget a lot. (Especially things she tell you to do). I didn't get the vibe that she cared about me as a patient. First off, I had to wait 2 hours to be seen even though I was on time. 15 mins before my actual appointment time. When I finally got back there she was rude to me. After trying to jog her memory of what she told me to do, she got rude with me again and said some really disrespectful things. I was hurt by this because you would think as your doctor she would be more professional and caring . Her name is Dr. Katherine Martin. I was really disappointed and hurt. Changed how I view this place. I have to look for a new doctor now.
