Poor Service - This store has a hard time getting my orders right, so much so that I will never, NEVER, order from Papa John's in Lexington Park again. Ordered 4 orders of pepperoncini's @ .55 per order, was shorted 3 orders!!!
Horrible service and can't even get a manager to come to the phone to discuss anything. After waiting for my delivery for over a hour and half they finally tell me that a driver put it in the system that they took it out for delivery, but actually hadn't. I was told they had to make the order again and it would be another hour and half before it could be delivered. I ended up just telling them to cancel the order. I will never order from here again!
First they put me on hold and then hung up. When I finally got someone on the phone, they took my order but never put it in the system, I stopped on my way home to pick it up and they wanted me to sit there for another 20 minutes.
