Called in a to go order at 7:52. Was told it would be 25 minutes. Took nearly an hour to get the wings 8:50. The place wasn't very busy with dine in guests. Got home, (5 min away) 2/3's of the wings in each order (3 medium) were over cooked and not edible. Carrots were frozen. We were not happy with the level of service and food quality. Employees were complaining about kitchen staff and other dining room attendents in front of the customers who were waiting also for thier slow food. Not a manager in sight to smooth things over with the the to go orders or rectify the situation. Is that too much to ask for when spending $55 on only wings and carrots???

Just very poor customer service all around. They seem to perform worse when it's slow verses lunch or peak dinner time.
Way to much bread in the boneless wings. The Mac and cheese was the worst I've tasted. You'd be better off with a box of Kraft.
