I moved to the area the end of May. We drove 3 hours on a Saturday to see apartments for my family to move to while we search for a home. The website says they are open till 5pm. We called, they said they were closing at 1pm. We were an hour away at 1145am, and showed up about 1250pm. The girl was closing the door and pretty much gave us the "Ill help you if I have to" comments.
I wasn't going to write a review, but my coworker who just moved here as well, just informed me that ParkVillas refused to give his application fee back. They went to move into their apartment and it was filled with bugs to the point that ParkVillas was going to spray and clean it up and have them come back. He needed to move into his place, so he went around the corner and found another place. So Parkvillas kept his application fee after they couldn't offer him a clean place to live on the date they said.
Love the apartment. Love the community. Love the staff.
Beautiful apartments with spacious floor plans. Awesome staff that is very attentive to residents' needs. Nice area. Great management!
At first, it seemed good until I moved in. Carpets were horribly stained. Took pictures. Asked them to re-clean, even with proof of pictures; they denied me with what seemed like a huge excuse. They will submit you to court if you are one day late, even after seeking legal advice. They declare this will go on your credit report. State laws says they cannot submit you to court until you are 3 months in a row late without rent payment. They claim they will put this on your credit report. They have LIED to me about errors of their own and I have been very lenient with them in this area. They won't acknowledge or apologize. Other tenants are moving out and I have talked to a tenant with similar problems, as a result, they are moving out. Don't move here. Worst mistake I've made. I should have dug deeper. Management is not good and honest.
They never answer their damn phones, and when they do they give you attitude. I'm sorry but if you hate your job that much then you should just quit. Also I've been living here for a few months and maintenance is pretty quick my only complain is that everything looks like they did it in a hurry. I've had to change light bulbs screw in some things and fix a few other things myself! I would just avoid living here overall!
Avoid at all costs.
We ended up at Abberly Crest about 3 minutes away and got much better service, and live there now.
