Expensive but great selection.
Employees are okay, but the selection is horrible... If they only had some better releases, and better selection there, it would be way better.
Not impressed. Poor customer service
There is maybe one employee who acknowledges you and tries to help out like they're supposed to. The rest of the time, you have to be downright rude in order for them to pay attention to you. Only reason why I still shop there is because it's basically around the corner from me which saves the forty-five minute trip out to Waldorf. If it's early enough in the day, I'd rather do that than deal with the non-existent customer service at this one.
