Have fun... The ladies at this facility are always too busy to see you for even the most mundane of questions. However when you schedule an appointment not one of them is willing to even attempt to do any research actually involved in answering your question. I have been told on numerous occasions that it is up to me to discover the information I seeking; what do they think I am trying to do by setting an appointment up with them? On the question I am most concerned about was "What classes should I take for the next semester that are compatible with the degree I am going for?". The main goal of a college counselor should be to help out the student... in order to keep the student/customer happy for retention purposes. However after having interacted with everyone of the ladies at the PAX river facility I am concerned about how Embry Riddle runs their entire school because apparently there is not an audit preformed to see how they conduct themselves nor is are there any questions being asked to the students about how they feel towards they instructors and counselors.
