Conclusion:
parking lot needs repainting so it's easier to see where visitor parking is and housing numbers, there windows need to be replaced glass is missing from entrance way of certain buildings, entrace way carpeting needs replaced it's smelly and downtrodden, some units need hardwood flooring replaced, my dishwasher isn't the best (I'm working on solving issue)... it was also missing inside thing that holds silverware, my dryer takes way to long to dry clothes however I work with it, my refrigerator gets super cold but it's missing ledge protectors and sadly wasn't loved well. when my neighbors are arguing/ yelling you can hear them thankfully it's not a regular thing.
Tone of voice and attitude were very low class.
I loved these apartments when I first found them. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up, this is not the place to raise a family.
Cons;
I will periodically update this review as I am currently only 2 months into my new living arrangement I like it here and intend on staying a resident... but you see the pros and cons. I just overall feel like the units and building need a bit of updating.
Pros;
Nice management, generally works great with trying to help solve financial situations, my washing machine works great, playground, pool, club house, gym, the refrigerators have ice machines in them, food waste disposer in sink, dishwashers, washer and dryer hook up in units, hardwood floors, balcony/porch, picnic tables and grills, my neighbors are nice and quiet, occassional community events.
