Good food. Great service. Not a place for presenting food as its a fast food place. Love their Whoppers and their fries.
My husband went through the drive thru and brought dinner home. It's only 4 miles to my house. I ordered onion rings and I ended up getting cold hard hockey pucks. I also ordered a chicken cordon blue sandwich. Besides beings cold it had so much sauce on it that the bread was soggy and slimey. I took one bite only because I was really hungry and threw it in the trash.
Check onion rings as they may have been sitting for unknown amounts of time. They decided to empty what was sitting there only after I brought my gross ones back otherwise I'm sure they would have went out the window.
Sooo disappointed. Went to get food for my sailor husband. Food was cold and tasted as if they just pulled it from yesterdays morning leftovers. The old lady at the window didn’t give me a receipt and when I asked for jelly she was rude. I will not be going back to this establishment. Just ridiculous. Don’t work there if you can’t fulfill the job duties.
Check your order before driving away and if you go back for something they forgot anticipate them just warming it up in the microwave before giving it to you.
just your run of the mill bk... nothing really special sets this place off. the customer service is average, the food is average... over all I have good and bad experiences here that would even the score 3 outta 5. i will give them credit where order accuracy is on point. I have yet to have to go back to get anything they have missed.
You might even consider just going to Checkers across the street
If you do have to speak to the manager expect about the quality of food he might barely acknowledge you as he continues to run the drive through window.
