Very rude customer service. They always sound as if theyre annoyed they have to answer the phone. Delivery always takes about an hour and an estimate is never given.
Best Chinese food I've had in probably like a year!!! The eggrolls were bomb and so was the teriyaki beef stick!!! We might have to move back east!!! Food was delivered fast, hot and customer service was friendly! I will order here again if I make it back this way!!
The food is good. Delivery took an hour on a Tuesday. Prices are not accurately reflected on Google. The person taking the order was not rude; she was to the point.
I ordered the Sczechuan Tofu from their vegetarian menu and it had chunks of beef all throughout. If I had any other options for chinese delivery in the area I would have zero reason to order from them.
So my rating is solely based on customer service. I am telling you how I prefer to pay which in this particular case is Samsung Pay. Due to a lack of knowledge or dare I say ignorance they refuse to attempt to accept payment by way of Samsung Pay. Now it isn't due to not taking credit cards but, due to lack of knowledge. They really need to do better and listen to what the customer is telling you. They could be telling you something that might help increase your business and by the lack of people in there on a Saturday evening you should look for any help you can get.
