This place is terrible an felt so sorry for the girl who was in there alone while working with no phones or network to get to my account. I felt so bad for her but yet she did the best she could. Whomever is over top of her which I believe she said her name was JULIE! AS A DISTRICT MANAGER YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR EVEN ALLOWING HER TO RUN A STORE WITHOUT THE PROPER THINHS NEEDED TO DO SO.
If I could give this place a zero I would went in there the other day to make a payment felt so bad for the manager she expressed she was new. Felt so bad for her no type of functioning technology was working she was doing the very best she could. This place sucks other than the manager she was super friendly an I offered her lunch. Upper management needs help y'all suck she was by far unprofessional but how they had her running it was
I am so pleased at the professionalism of the management they have now, she is new to the company as she was telling me and did everything possible to help me. Very helpful and kind.
Nice storage and friendly service, however when they switched to the new company "istorage" they never sent a notification notifying us that we needed to sign a new lease. We only knew about it when we received a late fee on our account ($20 late fee). Seems unfair to have to pay an extra $20 for something we didn't ask for or do ourselves.
