Was just in recently looking for prices and boxes. The place is under new management and the lady I spoke with, Ginnie, was really nice. I will defiantly recommend since the place has a new manager.

This facility is poorly managed and has abysmal customer service. I should have read the review here prior to booking storage. The recurring billing requested was not implemented. When this was discovered, the manager denied any responsibility and rudely refused the phone call. A call to the telephone number provided on the web site was forwarded to a third party answering service that had no knowledge of the phone number or the identity of the corporate client. A $150 to $200 storage rental has become a $300-$350 rental. AVOID THIS FACILITY!
Ive got a lot and a unit. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile to treat you like family. The 9pm gate closing is kind of a pain, but with the staff and amenities ill take it. Love this place
