Poorly managed and understaffed. They only have one person at the counter for both Avis and budget during Prime return time. Unnecessarily long wait times.

I have rented from them on many occasions and they each rental the staff is welcoming, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and timely. I would recommend this Avis to anyone.
