The new asst. manager is great - Reegan is proactive, really nice, able to juggle lots of things at once and follows through. When she isn't there, you can tell! Normally I get excellent service and they are all so nice, but every so often it all falls apart. Be patient, ask to talk to her and try again, if that happens to you.
Reagan is a awesome sales rep!! I totalled my car and my insurance sent me here for my rental. Super friendly and did her job. Wasn't super pushy on selling extras. Just did what my family needed.

Every time I go to this Enterprise I ALWAYS have great customer service. This time was no different. My only complaint this time was with the car I rented, which was a Hyundai Accent and had absolutely NO pick up. It probably would not have been a problem except I had to drive through three hours of mountains and the poor old car did not like that! When I explained this problem to the rep he promptly handed me a business card in which he gave me a free upgrade the next time I come back. Customer service at its finest! If there were a sixth star I would give them that!
This use to be the friendliest, most efficient and stress free rental car location ever. I rent frequently and this was absolutely my go to place of business. That all changed when the staff changed. I do not recommend this location any longer. All the years I was renting cars I just assumed I got excellent, fair service because it was the policy of Enterprise. I know now it was purely the staff. Joy and Charles were exceptional, I was never overcharged, if an error did occur they took care of it quickly. The experience I just had in October was awful, I will never rent from this location again. Avis is right next door. If your in LaPlata see Charles in Waldorf see Joy. They will not intentionally overcharge you or lie to you and if their is a special they will let you know. That is no longer the case in Lexington Park.
