A very nice hotel. I had never stayed at a Home2 Suites before. The staff were courteous and professional. It was I've Halloween and the staff had fun dressing up and getting into he swing of things. The hotel even provided a taco bar that night for Spooky Taco Tuesday. The breakfast area was always clean and we'll appointed and the rooms were selling maintained. I definitely would recommend staying at the Home2 Suites.
Nice facility, but the staff needs more training. Front desk rep was busy on her phone and I was never able to get on wifi because system did not recognize I was a guest. After I checked out I did not get a receipt. When I called the hotel front desk, I was rerouted to some national call center. The national call center guy could not help with a simple hotel receipt. I called back to the front desk...this time I had to insist her not to transfer me. All above can be avoided. I am thinking I will not stay at Home2Suite if I have a choice.
Recommend. Hotel is modern and in great shape. Staff was without exception friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped, with functional kitchen and dishes. TV was larger than average. Internet was not amazing but was adequate (multiple log ins being the biggest hassle).
The room was clean except there were lady bugs in the room. It wasn't really a nuisance as I like them, but it was different. I forgot to notify management about them. There was a good variety for breakfast. I like the idea that coffee/tea was always available.
We stayed overnight at this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised by the Home2 Suites. We got a suite and the room consisted of 3 areas- a kitchenette, living space, and dining room in one, bedroom, and bathroom. The hotel itself looks very new and clean (including the room). I think I would have been able to appreciate this hotel more if we had stayed more than one night (lots of amenities for guests like grills outside, kitchenette, etc), and would choose this hotel again if I am in the area. My only real complaint is that the bed in our room was a bit on the small size (a small queen) and was a little uncomfortable (very firm).
